You will also get an introduction to "shadow work" in general and how it is useful for your self improvement especially with regard to relationships. Enjoy a brief journey into sound, followed by a full 45 minute sound immersion. Experience tones, binaural beats, harmonics and dissonance for purposeful healing. Instruments include - singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums+ (up to 25 unique instruments). Signature is kept 6 to 1 or less to ensure that each participant experiences singing bowls played over and around the body in every session. If time appears ghosted it is sold out.
